Chiswick Wine Market: International Women's Day Edition
Saturday 7 March | 2pm - 7pm | Chiswick Lawn
Entry to the Chiswick Wine Market is $10, with $5 from each glass donated to Two Good Co - an Australian social enterprise supporting women with lived experience of domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.
This International Women’s Day, join Annette Lacey, Solotel’s Beverage Manager & Master of Wine, Naomi Xavier, Chiswick’s Senior Sous Chef, and Aria sommeliers Mimi Mrazakova and Vicki Lou Peng as they curate a special afternoon celebrating the women shaping the wine industry. Together, they’ve hand-picked a line-up of female winemakers and women-led wine labels for tasting, discovery, and connection.
You’re invited to explore a curated line-up including See Saw Wines (Orange), Tillie J Wines (Yarra Valley), Pipan Steel (Alpine Valleys), Holm Oak (Tamar Valley), Thea Wines (Hunter Valley), Denton Wines (Yarra Valley), Oliver’s Taranga (McLaren Vale), and Artisan Malbec (Argentina).
Set on the Chiswick Lawn with the restaurant as a charming backdrop, enjoy exceptional wines, seasonal bites prepared by Naomi and the Chiswick kitchen team, and refreshing spritzes from the St-Germain bar, all in a relaxed, premium garden-party atmosphere.
More than a celebration, the Chiswick Wine Market is an opportunity to spotlight women across wine, hospitality and food, while reflecting the craftsmanship, provenance, and community values at the heart of Chiswick.
Whether you’re a long-time Chiswick regular or visiting for the first time, raise a glass with us in support of women in wine this International Women’s Day.
