International Women's Day Lunch

In partnership with Two Good Co. and Veuve Clicquot, we hosted an International Women's Day lunch on Friday 8 March 2024. Our esteemed panellists included media personality Deborah Knight, Kyle Westgarth of Two Good Co., and co-founder of the Daily Aus, Zara Seidler. Guests enjoyed a special shared menu and a selection of Australian wines crafted by female wine-makers - all complete with a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival. Margarita Garden Party

Celebrating all things margaritas, the Woollahra community, and the sharing of flowing conversations and good times with friends on the Chiswick Lawn, we recently curated a delicious Patrón margarita focused menu that highlighted fresh elements from our kitchen garden and amplified mastery of craft. 18, 21, 25 and 28 January.

Kid's Gardening Class

To welcome 2024 with our local community, we recently hosted our Summer Kid's Gardening Classes alongside our resident gardener, Pete Hatfield. Spring with Matt Moran

Spring with Matt Moran was the culmination of our kitchen garden harvest and the quality of our favourite local producers. This year we announced our very first Farmers Markets, a brand-new Spring Sharing Menu, Spring Snacks, and of course, our seasonal à la carte menu. Melbourne Cup 2023

Guests joined us on Tuesday 7 November as we watched the race that stops the nation live and loud. Our guests were warmly welcomed with Champagne on arrival before exploring of our exclusive Melbourne Cup menu.

The Spring Markets

On Sunday 17 September, our community had the opportunity to meet Matt Moran, our five chefs, our producers, suppliers, and farmers at our Spring Markets. Hosted on our lawn, there was fresh produce and ready-to-eat restaurant bites available. There was live music, cocktails, and our very own gardener Pete sold his home-made honey. We hope to do this again soon.

Wine Dinner

On Thursday 24 August guests filled our private dining room as they enjoyed an intimate evening of fine wine and good times as we welcomed Patrick Sullivan and Gentle Folk to Chiswick. For one night only, both winemakers joined our Head Sommelier Georgie and shared the secrets to their beautiful wines.

Roast and Jazz

Sunday Roast + Jazz returned for another year. Every Sunday in July, starting from 5.30pm, Head Chef Taylor Cullen was serving up our Chiswick twist on the traditional Sunday roast. Guests enjoyed our unique take on their roast favourites as they listened to live jazz throughout the dining experience. We cannot wait to do it again next year.

Truffle Dinner

On Wednesday 21 June Head Chef Taylor Cullen hosted our truffle dinner, showcasing a menu filled with the flavours of our kitchen garden. Inspired by the winter season, Taylor worked closely with Jayson from The Truffle Farm Canberra. Guests explored our shared-style truffle menu alongside wines, selected by our Head Sommelier Georgie Davidson-Brown, from our friends at Mount Majura Vineyard.

NYD Recovery

On Sunday 1 January 2023 we took care of the New Year's Day needs as guests recovered from the year that has been. Head Chef Taylor Cullen curated a bespoke recovery snack menu with twists on your favourite recovery treats. And Blood Mary's and Mimosa's flowed as guests relaxed, and listened to the sweet sounds of our recovery DJ.

Christmas Hamper

Head Chef Taylor Cullen created a Chiswick Christmas Hamper for you and your loved ones to enjoy over the Christmas weekend. Combining a few of our Christmas favourites with a few of our restaurant favourites, everything was made ready to go for guests to pick up from the restaurant and enjoy in the comfort of their homes.

The Gardens of Arcadia

Gin lovers rejoiced this spring at Chiswick. We hosted twilight drinks and garden adventures across two special events hosted on our garden lawn. Both evenings featured a bespoke snack menu, Hendrick's gin cocktails, and the opportunity for guests to pick their garnishes from our kitchen garden.

Be Bold.

Throughout September guests elevated their Chiswick experience with Veuve Clicquot. For a limited time we served the 2012 Veuve Clicquot 'La Grande Dame' from Champagne, France, by the flute. This exquisite drop is a tribute to Madame Clicquot and to the creative and elegantly bold souls who have followed in her footsteps.

For the first time ever, delicious. invited guests to join in the celebrations of the 2022 delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards. A once-in-a-lifetime dinner hosted by Matt Moran with a carefully curated sharing menu by Matt, alongside our very own Head Chef Taylor Cullen, Aria Executive Chef Tom Gorringe, Head Chef Patrick McDermott from BEA, and Head Chef of Chophouse Scott Kim.

Every Sunday in July through until the end of August as guests enjoyed dinner at Chiswick they were serenaded by the sweet sounds of soulful jazz. From 5.30pm live jazz music filled our space as guests could choose to explore Head Chef Taylor Cullen's Sunday roast menu.

Our beverage team worked closely with our friends at Lyre's to extend our non-alcoholic menu for the month of July. Guests were invited to explore our alcohol free menu as it featured your favourite familiar flavours with a non-alcoholic twist.

Annual Truffle Dinner

On Wednesday 22 June, we hosted our annual truffle dinner. Guests were treated to as truffle menu curated by Head Chef Taylor Cullen and Jason from The Canberra Truffle Farm, with accompanying wines by Hamish Young from MADA Wines. We cannot wait to do it all again next year.

On Thursday evenings in June we welcomed back our Vintage Vinyl sessions. From 6.30pm on Thursdays guests enjoyed the sweet sounds of our Vinyl DJs, and delighted in our winter menu, curated by Head Chef Taylor Cullen.

10th Birthday

Throughout the month of May we celebrated our 10th birthday. Guests experienced a special birthday collective menu, exclusive access to some of our favourite recipes over the years, and a limited edition birthday Providoor box that helped to recreate the much-loved Chiswick experience at home.

Croquet Summer Sessions

The last four Thursdays of summer, friends of Chiswick and Arras enjoyed evenings on our luscious lawn. Guests gathered their gang and soaked up the evening warmth as they played friendly games of croquet, tried their luck at quoits, and battled it out in corn hole. All whilst sipping on our best Australian sparkling wine, listening to live music, and enjoying Head Chef Taylor Cullen's summer BBQ menu.

Picnics on the Lawn

Weekends in November and early December were filled with the rebirth of park picnics on the lawn at Chiswick. Partnering with Bombay, we came together to present Picnics on the Lawn, a ticketed event celebrating spring. Guests gathered groups of their nearest and dearest and lounged in the sun on exclusive picnic set ups by our friends at To Dine For Picnics, listened to sweet tunes, sipped on Bombay tipples and indulged in a delicious Chiswick picnic menu.

On Thursday 27 May we held an evening hosting by winemaker, Nick Spencer. Guests enjoyed a delicious evening with a specially crafted Chiswick collective menu complemented by Nick's hand crafted wines from the beautiful NSW regions on Gundagai & Tumbarumba.

In collaboration with Four Pillars Gin, we welcomed guests to celebrate the abundant beauty of Autumn by dining in our bountiful and vibrant autumn kitchen garden. At the beginning of the year we partnered with Möet & Chandon, Belvedere and Hermetica Flowers to launch ‘Rosé Revelry - A Month of Love’ from 14 February to 14 March, as an ode to the people that we've loved from afar or come to appreciate even more during the challenging past twelve months.

Christmas 2020, we proudly aligned with Two Good Co, a social enterprise who shares ‘gestures of love’ across Australia by donating good food and good things to women staying in shelters. When guests ordered an empty plate from Chiswick, a meal was donated to Two Good Co.
