This winter, Matt Moran and a rotating line-up of Solotel chefs bring their spin to the classic dish. Over six consecutive Sunday evenings in June and July, a guest chef takes over the kitchen with their own interpretation of the world's most beloved baked pasta, paired with a juicy Italian red and a dry, fresh white from the Sicilian coast, both specially priced for the occasion.


A very good reason to leave the house. Come in from the cold, pull up a chair, and let someone feed you properly.
