From 24 October – 2 November, Sydney’s favourite spots are serving indulgent lobster dishes paired with a golden flute of Veuve Clicquot.

 

At Chiswick, enjoy two ways to indulge: Lobster Frites with herb butter and fries, or the signature Smashed Lobster Burger with Brolos Western Rock Lobster, lettuce, tomato, cocktail burger sauce, pancetta, and golden fries. Each dish is the perfect match for Champagne.

 

The celebration begins on Friday 24 October, World Champagne Day – the perfect way to raise a glass and start the festivities.
