Welcome spring at Chiswick with a sparkling evening of oysters, garden strolls, and perfectly paired Prosecco. For one night only Master of Wine, Annette Lacey will host an evening of education and fun along with The Consorzio Prosecco - a consortium of wine producers, winemakers, and bottlers dedicated to protecting and promoting Prosecco as a Denomination of Controlled Origin (DOC).

 

Begin with oysters on arrival served in the garden, followed by a seasonal collective menu crafted by our chefs, a garden break featuring a hands-on Prosecco cocktail session, mains paired with three Prosecco Rosés, and a savoury finish of cheese canapés matched with a final sparkling pour.
